  • History Records: Your history records (including extracted text and translation results) are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

  • Account Management: Your email address is used for account management and verification.
  • Function Implementation: Your image data is used solely for the text recognition and extraction feature. The extracted text is translated and refined using Alibaba Cloud's Qwen model.
  • Service Improvement: We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our services, but this will not involve any personally identifiable information.

4. Information Sharing

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We use the following third-party service providers to provide specific features:
    • Baidu Intelligent Cloud: For image recognition. Baidu Intelligent Cloud does not retain your image data and processes it only when necessary.
    • Alibaba Cloud: For text translation and refinement. Qwen does not retain your data and processes it only when necessary.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your personal information if required by law, to comply with legal processes, government requests, or law enforcement activities.

5. Data Security

  • Security Measures: We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
  • Data Transmission: Your image data is transmitted using encryption technology to ensure its security.

  • Deletion: You can delete your history records at any time, and this data will be completely removed from your device.
